+ What are my options for cleaning times?

Appointment times are Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm Our first appointment starts at 8:00 am. If you choose a time later in the day, the appointment time will be based on availability.

Morning 8:00-8:15 am

Late Morning 10-11 am

Noon 12:30-1:30 pm

Afternoon 2:30-4 pm

+ Who provides the cleaning supplies?

We bring all our own supplies. During the initial assessment of your job, you can choose green or conventional products. If there are supplies that you would prefer us to use (for wood floors for example) feel free to let us know. We will also use any supplies you leave out for us.

+ What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Check, Zelle, and Venmo.

+ What will it cost to clean my home or office space?

After our initial call, we will visit your space for a comprehensive and free assessment. Please contact us so that we can customize a package that suits your needs and budget.

+ How long will my cleaning take?

Your service time will depend on the size and condition of your home. A representative will confirm additional details regarding service length during your initial assessment.

+ Do I need to be present for the cleaning?

While you are always welcome to be present during the cleaning, it is not necessary. Leave us a key or provide means to gain entry and we will take it from there.

+ Will a team come in to clean my home/office?

Yes. We generally provide a team of two, and sometimes three cleaners.

+ Can I schedule a recurring program?

Yes, please contact us so that we can schedule a special package for you.

+ What are your days and times of operation?

Our office is open from 8 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday. Our cleaning hours are Monday thru Friday, with our first job starting at 8 am and our last job finishing by 6:00 pm.
